Due to Coronavirus concerns, as well as a change in family circumstances, I will be working from home until further notice.
For those of you still running Windows 7 or earlier with concerns, don’t worry. Software firms will be supporting their products on Windows 7 for a while yet (indeed, one anti-virus firm still supports Windows XP in a limited way!) so do not worry if it isn’t possible to upgrade your machine at the moment..
If you are considering upgrading your machine to Windows 10 yourself, please contact me and I will do my best to assist remotely. DO PLEASE NOTE that it is your responsibility to ensure that all your data is backed up, and you have any essential software and licenses to hand should they be needed for the upgrade.

As a way of support at this time, I am going to be adding a selection of small guides to the website that may solve common problems, with a view toward producing a booklet of frequently asked questions (FAQs) at a later date. Please contact me to find out more, as well as to offer subjects for inclusion.
