Due to Coronavirus concerns, I will be mainly working from home until further notice.
Windows 10 is now the main ‘system of choice’ on laptops and desktops; support (and demand) for Windows 7 is declining rapidly. This means that upgrading to Windows 10 is now becoming a priority.
If you are considering upgrading your machine to Windows 10 yourself, please contact me and I will do my best to assist remotely. DO PLEASE NOTE that it is your responsibility to ensure that all your data is backed up, whether you perform the upgrade yourself or I do, and you have any essential software and licenses to hand should they be needed for the upgrade.
I am still available by the office email, please use the contact form on the home page. If you do need to telephone me, please leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
As a way of support at this time, I am going to be adding a selection of small guides to the website that may solve common problems, with a view toward producing a booklet of frequently asked questions (FAQs) at a later date. Please contact me by email to find out more, as well as to offer subjects for inclusion.
