Please note, this software does NOT give our engineers permanent access to your computer, or anyone else. Access is only possible with the two codes, AND the software running (which the customer always does on demand).

For a technical support call, first arrange a time. When this has been confirmed, shortly before the call is due, run the software you downloaded above, then email the Internet ID and Password (WITH THE DASHES!) to me. I will then log into your machine remotely and carry out the maintenance work. You will be able to see any work carried out.
