LCCD has been in business for over thirty-four years and in this time many individuals and small businesses have called on our services. Examples of support range from basic ‘helpline’ services through to the complete IT services normally associated with larger businesses.

Computer Maintenance
This is both preventative in nature (installation of anti-virus and other protective measures, or regular overhaul of equipment) as well as repairs, with minimal disruption to services.
Computer Upgrades
These can be as simple as fitting larger storage right through to a complete system replacement (mainly needed at the moment to accommodate Windows 11).
One-to-one application and system training
From teaching Mail Merge right through to aiding with getting books published, as well as teaching relating to most day-to-day computer-related tasks.
Custom written help guides/manuals
These manuals are usually written in conjunction with our training (see above).
